Great location!!! This 3,000 square foot custom home offers a caged in ground heated pool, four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This home sleeps 12 guests comfortably but it has some floor mattress option. Master has a king, guest 1 has a king and crib, guest 2 has a full size bunk bed, guest 3 has two twin bunk beds. This high end open concept home is family friendly with pool/beach accessories and grill to enjoy every second of your stay. Beach is 15 minutes driving-Parking for 10+ cars.

The space

Come and enjoy some relaxing time in this 200 ft long driveway far from the road. It has Soundround system inside and outside the property and is just 10 minutes driving to Vanderbilt beach. Home is very close to parks, grocery store, restaurants, clubs and many fun things to do.

****Please note that events/parties and loud music are strictly forbidden. Large gatherings without prior approval from us are strictly forbidden as well.

Notes:
** Please note that after booking is confirmed a rental agreement with rules and instructions will be sent.
** From October to March a $50 heating pool fee will be applied per day. Pool and seating area will be kept at 90 degrees.
** Standard occupancy is 12 guests but it can go up to 16 guests, after the 12th guest there will be a $75 charge per extra guest which includes an extra floor mattress if fee is not paid mattresses will not be available.
** Damage deposit up to $1,500 (Airbnb holds damage deposit)
** If you book up to two-week stay, a light cleaning fee will be required at additional fee! If you stay one month the 2 light cleanings will be applied. This is only for the purpose to keep house/unit/property clean.
** All of our rates are updated daily and are subject to change without notice.
